Nutrilans Delivery Policy

Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge is £1.50 for orders up to 5 packets for UK.
Delivery is FREE on orders of 6 packets or more. Should you wish to order larger quantities or distribution, please e-mail us to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . 

Delivery charge for the countries of EU is £14.90 up to 50 boxes. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside of Europe. Should you wish to place an order with Nutrilans, please e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with details of your order request and your location.

Delivery Times

All orders received before 2pm will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Where this is not possible, it will be dispatched from us the following working day. Although we dispatch our orders on a 48 hour service, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Returns Policy

No Question, 7-day Returns
Nutrilans offers a full refund on any item for any reason, up to a maximum of 7 days from the customer's receipt of goods.
Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, and will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty Items

Nutrilans will replace any faulty item with the same product within the first 30 days. This includes all costs associated with delivery and return of the faulty product. Goods should be returned as per our Returns Procedure.

Damaged in Delivery

In this instance, a replacement will be issued as soon as possible following the return of the damaged item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or exchange will be given. The damaged item should be returned as per our usual Returns Procedure.

Please note that responsibility for returning all goods lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend using a recorded method of posting. Parcels should be carefully packaged, should have the address clearly printed and should contain a copy of your original delivery documentation.
